He is the author of multiple books in the MSP Secrets series, as well as the Helpdesk Habits book, and is a regular conference speaker and event host on the subjects of customer service, the power of habits and customer experience in the IT industry.

Mark began his career at BT, having been sponsored by them at Bristol University where he studied Electronic Engineering. He later joined BBC Radio Bristol as a presenter before moving into technology entrepreneurship.
